How can I tell if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?

Will you help with my insurance claim?
We help with the roofing part of it. We inspect the roof, document the damage with photos and a written report, and can go over the roofing details with your adjuster. Your insurance company decides what is covered and how much it pays, so we cannot promise any claim result.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Our roof replacements come with a 15-year workmanship warranty from DMS Contractors and a 30-year product warranty on the roofing materials. We walk you through what each one covers before any work starts. DMS Contractors LLC is a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor, PA HIC PA192318.
Does my HOA need to approve a new roof?
Some Warwick neighborhoods have homeowners associations with rules about shingle style or color, so check yours before you choose. We can give you the exact product and color names, plus samples, to include with your HOA request.
